Meet the Team

Liza gemmola
ADVANCED integrative therapist
With over 25 years of hands on experience in therapeutic massage and bodywork, Liza brings depth and experience across clinical and integrative approaches, supported by formal qualifications and extensive advanced training.
Trained in therapeutic, sports and pregnancy massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, somatic sensory integration, soft tissue and muscle releasing techniques (MRT) and currently completing her chiropractic studies as an intern at New Zealand College of Chiropractic. Liza's understanding of the body is both broad and precise.
A Reiki Master Teacher and Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, she has studied more modalities than most practitioners encounter in a lifetime and through that breadth, has developed a way of working that is entirely her own.
Each session is tailored using a combination of techniques based on what suits you best. There is no fixed sequence or imposed method. She works with precision, quiet intelligence and a depth of listening that allows what is needed to surface.
Liza focuses on reducing stress and tension, improving movement and supporting balance within the body,
leaving you lighter, more relaxed and at ease. The results speak for themselves.
The focus is simple: to deliver the best care, creating lasting change.

Sian wichman
integrative MASSAGE therapist
Sian holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage (Level 6), a Diploma in Health and Relaxation Massage (Level 5), and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science to broaden her knowledge. Trained in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, PNF stretching, pregnancy massage and upper limb lymphatic drainage.
Massage was a tool Sian came back to time and time again, a way to come back into the body. Eventually, it became her life's work. She has spent the better part of 20 years studying and receiving across somatic practices, breathwork, yoga and body movement, believing that having many tools to navigate stress is one of the great gifts a person can give themselves.
She works from a simple understanding: we feel through the body before we can intellectualise. That is not a weakness, but a doorway.
The role of a practitioner is not to fix, but to create the environment in which a person can meet themselves.

allie sobol
intuitive MASSAGE therapist & holistic facialist
Allie is a holistic therapist with over a decade of experience in massage and facial therapies, specialising in sculpting facial massage, buccal techniques, skin-nourishing facials, and restorative body treatments.
Her work blends advanced hands-on techniques with a deeply intuitive and nurturing approach, with each treatment designed as a ritual. Allie believes less is more and carefully selects the skincare brands she works with, choosing nature-led formulations created with integrity and respect for the skin.
Allie's sculpting massage supports facial tone and structure. It helps soften and delay the appearance of fine lines, relieve muscular tension, stimulate lymphatic flow and blood circulation, enhance cellular nourishment, and reduce excess fluid retention. Facial treatments focus on restoring hydration and strengthening the skin barrier, while body treatments release deep muscular tension and calm the nervous system.
Allie believes beauty is a reflection of inner health and balance - when the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony, the skin naturally glows. To further support her clients, Allie is currently completing her final year of study in Naturopathy, bringing a more integrated approach to
care.
Allie is a female only therapist.
