Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Te Ara Wellness, sessions are carefully held and prepared for each client. To respect the time and care involved, we ask for notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the session fee. If you are unwell, experiencing an emergency, or something unexpected arises, please get in touch as soon as possible. We understand that life happens and will always approach situations with care and fairness. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s booking. The full session fee will still apply. By booking an appointment with Te Ara Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
